InterFaith Works is embarking on some of the most important developments in its 45-year history. Among the most prominent is the merger of the El-Hindi Center for Dialogue and the agency’s Interfaith Initiatives division into the El-Hindi Center for Dialogue & Action.

Major program expansions are underway in the Center for New Americans and Senior Services division, as well, requiring promotions and new capacity development across the agency. “We’re an organization that’s growing its capacity to meet the community’s current and future demands on our services and programs,” said Beth Broadway, President/CEO.

“All of the changes we’re announcing are meant to set in motion the structure we will need to broaden our reach and more fully engage our racial equity work.” She credits the Gifford Foundation’s Embracing Disruption and Building Resilience program with giving the agency’s Board and senior staff the ability to identify its capacity needs, develop its action plan, and grow resilience within the agency and throughout the community.
