InterFaith Works’ Services for Older Refugees support elders on their journey to wellness and community integration. Our goal is help older refugees be socially active, emotionally well, and age with dignity. as they settle in their new community.
Who is Eligible?
Refugees who are 60 years of age or older and are residents of New York state.
